XS-ZY-250A塑料注塑成型机床身结构设计 摘要 随着经济的不断发展，我国的模具行业也在不断进步，模具制造行业在工业中的地位也日益重要。注塑机成型的塑料制品的使用频率在日常生活中十分高，几乎每个行业、每个方面都在使用注塑件，由此可知在模具制造行业中注塑成型工艺的占比很高且运用范围非常的广泛。注塑机的床身是注塑机最基础的部分。注射装置和合模装置都是安装在床身上，床身内的液压系统给二者提供动力，使注塑机可以工作，所以床身也是不可缺少的一部分。本课题研究的是XS-ZY-250A塑料注塑成型机床身结构设计，其中包括使用CAD软件画出床身的装配图和零件图以及使用UG软件模拟出注塑机的床身结构。 关键词：注塑机；床身设计；CAD软件；UG软件 ABSTRACT With the co
