摘要
本文设计的注射成型产品是CPU散热器外壳塑料件,文章主要是对CPU散热器外壳的塑料模具进行设计与分析,使用3D设计出了CPU散热器外壳的注塑模具。通过对塑料件的材料分析,模具结构的拟定,采用一模两腔,侧浇口进料,注射机采用海天160X2A型号,模架的确定、脱膜系统以及温度调节系统等方面设计出这套塑料模具,选用斜顶抽芯机构,设计出浇注系统和脱模机构。并配备了相应的图纸。完整地描述了塑料设计的程序步骤,并参阅了大量相关的资料。
