玉米秸秆粉碎机设计
摘要
玉米秸秆的粉碎一直是农业与生物工程重点研究的问题,本文主要是通过介绍粉碎机的各种类别以及粉碎机的工作原理,来使玉米秸秆粉碎达到高效的生产率,其主要方式是通过机械原理来制取微小纤维,以最合理的工作效率与方式达到工作要求。
通过粉碎机传统的工作方式,分别比较其粉碎方法,综合出各类的粉碎方式比较出相对最优的方法。首先,通过对比选用锤式粉碎机更加合理,在使用锤式粉碎机时选用相对应的合适的锤片,在粉碎装置内加入筛网便于粉碎出的纤维排除通过离心风机将物料从出料口排出。其次,需要计算电动机的功率以及带传动的计算。最后,需要对轴和轴承进行校核,还有对粉碎机使用的注意事项和保养的方式。
