摘要
此次的设计任务即S6保护框注射模具设计。
产品的3D建模,借助UG设计软件创建型腔、活块以及其他零件,并自动生成所需要的零件工程图;使用草图和厚度检测,评估零件;对于模架的设计,利用UG模座专家胡波来完成,从标准模架选择到产品输出,全部采用3D化设计。我在S6保护框模具设计过程中,从零件建模到型腔、型芯的设计、模架设计,直至最后的模具开模动作模拟都充分发挥了UG设计软件的各个模块和插件的优势,基本做到了无图纸化设计。采用一模一腔的设计。注塑机综合注塑容量、锁模力、最大注塑面积和模内压力等技术参数确定注塑机型号选用海天200X2B。模座选用龙记,其他标准件选用Misumi。使用了模具设计软件——UG,从最初的零件3D建模到最后的模具各部分零件的装配,模座设计,工程图文件,依靠UG的各个模块,得到合乎设计规范的工程图。
模具的特点是:产品需要透光性好。此外,还对工作零件和注射机有关参数进行了必要的校核计算。
