摘要
破碎机自发明以来,至今已有一百多年,在这一个多世纪里,发展出各式各类破碎机。在这种类繁多的破碎机中,当属复摆颚式破碎机最受人们的青睐。复摆鄂式破碎机之所以受到人们的青睐是因为它具有很多优点,由于其结构并不复杂,因此操作人员很容易上手,而且这种破碎机的价格还不高,因此许多企业都争相购买。因此该类型破碎机现在基本上成为大中型矿山的作业必备设备。
上述破碎机有机架、偏心轴、动颚板、定颚板、推力板五个主要机构。除此之外,固定齿板、衬板、挡罩、垫片、滑块、推力板、止动螺钉、锁紧装置等也属于破碎机不可缺少的一部分。
本次设计可以分为以下四个步骤,第一:对复摆颚式破碎机现状进行文献搜索,对其工作原理进行探究,结合本次设计要求,通过对破碎机的整体结构进行分析,得到所需的主要参数;第二:对破碎机再次进行更为细致的分析,进而确定全部参数;第三:对上述破碎机设备中所需计算部分进行设计计算;四:利用工程软件对破碎机的二维图纸进行绘制,利用三维建模软件建模。
