摘要
本设计是73m型半管夹套搅拌反应釜设计,本设计根据原始数据及有关资料和有关文献,完成物料衡算、热量衡算、搅拌容器设计、搅拌机设计.此设计配有说明书一份、图纸四份.说明书内容:1.PVC介绍,PVC可分为软PVC和硬PVC其中硬PVC大约占市场的2/3,软PVC占1/3.2.反应釜的工作原理及反应釜用途和特征.3.本设计依据物料衡算、热量衡算.4.主要设备尺寸的设计和选型.5.强度计算.三副图纸:1.反应釜装配图.2.传动轴部件图.3.搅拌器部件图.4.底轴承部件图.
