摘要
随着工业的发展,数控机床已经成为现代机械制造业的最主要的装备,这是一种趋势。我国数控机床在经历了30多年的发展,各项相关技术都取得了重大突破,机床种类越来越多,目前可提供1500种,覆盖超重型机床、高精度机床、沿高技术机床等领域,产品种类可与日、德、意、美等国并驾齐驱。但国产机床相对来说与发达国家之间的差距依然很大,体型大、笨重、精度不高等问题仍然是国产机床克服不了的。因此,微型化、高速化、高精度化、功能复合化等成为数控机床的一种发展趋势,本文介绍了一种可用于微型加工的微型数控钻铣床。
本文通过查阅大量国内外文献资料,经过比较和分析,利用SolidWorks软件对微型数控钻铣床进行三维建模,设计了一台用于钻铣加工的微型数控钻铣床。本文介绍了机床总体布局、伺服控制系统、主传动系统、其他组件的选型以及设计计算,并分析了机床的功能及其应用范围。
本文介绍了一种微型数控钻铣床的设计方案,可适用于教学模型、培训上使用,让学生和初学者对数控钻铣床有一定的认识。
