智能垃圾桶的设计
摘要:随着城市化进程的不断发展,在近年来,很多的垃圾成为了社会关注的焦点。形形色色的家庭垃圾的数量也在不断的增加,使得人们对环境卫生的关注度不断的提高。从实现可持续发展的前景下来考虑,实现家用可分解垃圾的有效处理是一个重要的垃圾处理环节,可以在垃圾产生的初期及时将垃圾进行处理分解,更好的实现垃圾处理的快捷性、安全性、环保性。
在家用垃圾的产生上,包括废弃的蔬菜、水果、剩菜剩饭、纸巾、生活用品等。各类垃圾在潮湿的情况下如果直接倒入下水道,将会容易堵塞下水道造成麻烦,如果将湿垃圾倒入垃圾桶,没用及时的进行处理,就会更容易滋生细菌,散发出臭味,在家里放的时间长或者在垃圾站端放过久,都是对人的健康造成一定的伤害。随着现代化科技的不断发展,很多家用的智能化的垃圾桶已经得到了快速的发展,但是还没有在市场及家庭中得到广泛的应用。所以本次主要是通过对现有市场上的智能化垃圾桶进行深入的了解和认知,设计一款实现家庭垃圾可分解的智能化垃圾桶的设计。主要设计的结构形式为通过将垃圾倒入垃圾桶,在垃圾桶电动装置的作用下实现对湿垃圾的粉碎过程,粉碎后的垃圾在调压阀的做一下实现管道内进行垃圾屑的输送到干燥箱内,在消杀阀的作用下实现对垃圾的除菌、除水、杀毒的过程;完成后进入到排出机构,在气动压缩机的作用下实现对垃圾的压缩后排出到抽屉里面。人工将抽屉拉出后进行无害垃圾的处理。可以进行当作植被肥料等进行二次利用。
