摘要
小型莴笋收获机,莴笋三个部分,第一部分是什么的新鲜的叶子,第二部分是中间的老黄叶子,第三部分是它的根在本次的设计中,主要对莴笋生长的特性以及收割工艺的特点进行了分析,对其工作过程进行了比较分析,对整体结构进行了设计,对主要工作部件进行了选择,对轴,轴承等部件进行了设计校核。对标准件,紧固件进行了选择设计,最终设计出了一款小型莴笋收获机。同时还对其三维进行了绘制。因为设备的机械系统的结构简单,以及设备的造价成本相对的低,所以这种小型莴笋收获机适应了小规模的农场式莴笋种植收获的农业生产方式,其作业质量也和以往的人工收获方法相比有了明显的提高。
