花椒采摘机设计(含三维+二维+说明书)
摘要 再当今经济发展迅猛的年代里,人们的消费水平也在不断提高,对于物质文化的享受也越来越高,分析当今人们生活的一个状态主要是饮食文化以及娱乐文化占据人们生活的大部分时间,所以人们对于饮食文化一块是很有研究的,对于食品开发和创新,人们一直在不断改进和提升食品质量的道路上,所以对于当前的人们而言,他们更加注重所加工出来的熟食是美味的,而这些食品的美味度主要运用了各种调味品,其中包括了盐,味精,鸡精,辣椒,花椒等各种调味品,这些调味品直接影响到了食品的味道,所以对于现在人们的生活而言,调味品的需求量是很大的,本设计以特定的调味品花椒来作为研究对象,对该花椒的采摘工艺进行分析设计与研究,因为花椒在人们生活中的重要性,所以对花椒采摘技术的研究是很有必要的,这样就保证了对花椒能进行大量的采摘,从而保证了花椒能正常供应人们的需求,通过分析可以知道,花椒采摘技术的先进与否会直接影响到花椒的生产产量,所以对于花椒而言,能进行高效的采摘是很重要的,本设计中的花椒采摘机分析当今的采摘机进行对比分析设计,从而意图设计出一款能符合大众使用要求,且能保证采摘效果的花椒采摘机,本设计中的主要结构安排是首先分析该花椒采摘机的发展历史,然后分析它的发展现状,最后对现有的花椒采摘机的不足进行改进和创新,预设计出一款带负压吸式与机械手结合的花椒采摘机,然后分别对该花椒采摘机的动力输出部分,工作部分进行详细的设计与研究,最终通过SW三维制图软件得到该花椒采摘机一比一的模型设计,最后对该花椒采摘机的每一个零部件进行设计与研究,这样就共同构成了花椒采摘机的整体,这是对该花椒采摘机的整体设计研究。 关键词:花椒采摘机;负压吸式;机械手;自动化 ABSTRACT I
