摘要
纸箱打包机是一种新型机电一体化的包装机械。全过程能够实现半自动化,通过进退带机构和夹压剪切机构,实现对产品的包装。首先通过了解实际的使用情况选择出纸箱打包机的合适的总体尺寸,接着从功能出发,得知所需要的机构,并进行了合理的布局。然后就是选择纸箱打包机中的通用件和标准件,通过计算校核,符合所使用的条件。最后就是对于机器中需要的零部件进行设计计算。主要设计计算了凸轮分配箱和摩擦轮机构,以及里面的轴的设计和计算。纸箱打包机能够提高包装的效率,给现实生活提供了极大地帮助,节省了大量的人力和物力,极大的促进了了包装业的发展。
纸箱打包机的工作过程是,摩擦轮通过电机带动着转动,进而使包装带前进,人工把包装物放到打包台,手动将包装带送到焊接处,并且触动微动开关,这时机器开始运转,首先第一压头开始上升夹紧带,这时电机开始反转,对带进行收紧,当达到一定的要求后,第二压头开始上升,这样带的部分几乎固定了,然后第三压头再上升,对带进行加热,实现带的热熔融,压头进行压紧,最后由刀头进行剪断,整个过程完成,用人工把箱子搬运走。
里面涉及了众多零部件的选择和校核。首先对机架提出了要求,然后依次选择了电机和箱体,最重要的对于各个轴的校核。轴承的选择,包括步进电机的选择都是经过步步的计算的出来的。捆扎带的选择直接影响了整个的过程的设计,确定了大体的结构。
里面涉及的主要包含箱体的选择,对于选择铸造的箱体的好处,有利于大批量的生产,但是生产的相对于焊接的箱体比较笨重,焊接箱体美观,强度高,但不太适合大批量的生产。综合各部件的不同的使用的条件,对不同的部件采用不同的方式。涉及了凸轮的设计的过程。

ng tape 第一章绪论 1.1打包机的背景 纸箱打包机是一种新型的打包设备。主要用于纸箱企业和纸类包装生产的企业。纸箱打包机适用于纸张打包、纸箱打包、军工产品打包、轻工业打包、五金工具打包、陶瓷制品打包、钢材打包、日化用品打包、文体用品打包、元器件打包、铝型材料打包等各种大小货物的打包捆扎。打包是包装的最后一道工序,一般是用绳、钢带、塑料带将单个或数个包装物进行捆紧扎牢以便于运输、保管和装卸的一种包装作业。捆扎机械的发展,在一定程度上借助于捆扎材料的开发应用。在捆扎材料中先后出现的有草绳、绵麻绳、纸绳、金属丝、塑料绳、塑料带、钢带、聚胺酯带等。但由于其本身的延伸率和轻度不同和适应程度对机械要求的各异,以及考虑经济效应,现在,塑料袋和钢带一直处于领先的。特别是自上世纪五十年代以来,随着石油化工的崛起,开始用塑料作为捆扎材料,为塑料带(绳)捆扎机械的开发成功奠定了基础。由于塑料带比钢带、纸带具有较低的使用成本和不锈蚀、不污染、强度适中手感柔软、制造方便、外观美观等优点,使之在许多领域逐步替代原来的钢带,纸带,塑料带捆扎机成为包装机械中少有的技术成熟、简单可靠、品种齐全、覆盖面广的主要设备。 目前,生产设备的更新水平超过了我国的设备的发展速度。虽然少数国内企业从国外引进了部分全自动打捆设备,凭借自身雄厚的资金,这样的方式要花费高额的专利费,并特别的经济,国内很多的企业依旧使用的半自动甚至是人工的方式进行打包。因此,根据包装行业在我国的发展形势,我们必须研究出高性能的机器,代替高额的进口费用,从而大大提高我国整个的包装的质量,从而节省大量的劳动力。
