低压小流量水马达及系统设计
摘要
现代社会开始发展新的技术和新的材料,世界的科研人员开始重视水压力传动技术,对液压传动中水压元件的研制,似乎成为了传动技术开发的主要方向。在液压传动中马达是一种执行元件,它的功能是把泵提供的压力能转变为机械能。
定制的水马达市场上基本买不到所符合的,根据某食品厂的定制需求(轴向柱塞式水压马达的工作压力,马达的排量为)。需要自己设计出所符合要求的系统,根据所给定的参数,来设计整个系统马达和泵站以及辅助元件的各项数据。
工作介质水或油马达的结构基本差不多,所以水马达的设计是基于油马达来设计。按照工作介质的不同去设计马达及泵的输入输出值,给定的工作压力和排量选择辅助元件以及水箱。最后在装配完整后要试运行,保证系统的完整可靠。全部完成后书写说明书。
