车床主轴箱传动系统的设计
[摘要]现代工业离不开制造,在机械工业中使用最多的制造工具就是车床,CA6140车床是一种普遍又方便的车床,也是普通机械设备制造企业所需的设备之一。在机械加工车间中,车床约占据机床总数的一半左右,车床的加工范围很广,主要加工回转类零件,其中包括:外圆、端面、内圆、锥面、螺纹等等。本设计主要针对CA6140车床的主轴箱进行设计。车床主轴箱是一个比较复杂的传动部件。设计主轴变速箱的结构包括传动件(传动轴,轴承,带轮,离合器和制动器等),主轴组件,纵机构,润滑密封系统和箱体及其联接件的结构设计与布置。
设计的内容主要包括确定车床的主要参数,从而拟定传动方案和传动系统图,计算和校核主要零部件,主轴变速箱装配设计,并且利用专业制图软件进行了零件的设计和处理。
