小型自动洗车系统结构设计-洗车机含10张CAD图+说明书
摘要 本文设计的小型洗车机采用四轮小车结构,结构简单。主要有三个部分组成,分别为清洁装置、车身及供压系统。清洁装置主要有动力输入和清洁两个部分,车身的设计主要包括:车架的设计的行走机构的设计。车架包括主体壳和清洗臂,清洗臂末端为擦洗部分,用电机驱动装置,控制其擦洗运动。清洗臂第二段为刚体结构,长约为0.5米至1米作为擦洗的把手,材质轻便,内设水管。清洗臂第三段为软体结构内有水管长约5米,连接主体壳。并且对于行走机构的设计采用国内较为成熟的转向轮技术,以保证其拥有很强的可移动性。 洗车机款式新颖,外观设计精致美观,车主接受程度高,并具备如下小型特点:橡胶管收卷装置,自备电源,低功率,低噪音。 【关键词】雾化喷嘴;电机驱动;四轮小车;橡胶管收卷装置 Abstract I
