PCL711B采集卡在水温控制中的应用 摘要 水温控制技术在很多工业生产设备和家用电器中广泛应用,控制算法一般采用PID控制,这是工业自动控制中常用的一种控制算法。基于PC的水温控制系统以数据采集卡作为被控量信号的反馈通道和控制量信号的输出通道,是控制器与被控对象之间的关键连接部件。 本文设计了一个基于PCL711B采集卡的水温控制系统,由下位机、上位机、和通讯网络三部分组成。下位机是基于采集卡PCL711B和温度传感器AD590的高精度数据采集系统,功能是对温度的检测与输出控制。上位机采用计算机,与下位机进行数据信息的交互,并显示各路温度值及其曲线、控制参数、设定值等。其中,温度检测单元和可控硅调功控温单元是本文的设计重点。 温度检测单元,根据设计指标的要求我们选择了温度传感器AD590,实现温度采集。 输出控制单元是通过对加热电阻丝的电源通断来实现的,采用可控硅(晶闸管)调功方式。通过MOC3041光耦过零触发器实现对功率晶闸管的过零触发,从而实现对被控对象(如炉温)的PID温度调节。采用PID算法的控制方式控制双向可控硅的导通、关断,调整功率,使之切断或接通加热器,从而控制水温稳定在预设定值上。 关键词: PCL711B采集卡;温度传感AD590;PID温度调节;可控硅调功 ABSTRACT Temperature co
