转子片级进模的设计 摘要:本次设计主要是设计电动机转子片的级进模,因为电动机使用的转子是由多片转子片通过叠加的方式,才形成转子的,因此对转子片的需求量很大,使用普通的冲压模的生产效率不是很高,级进模具有生产效率高,寿命长,质量好,适用于制件的大批量生产,冲件质量可靠,稳定等特点。通过对转子片的零件图的分析和工艺性分析,可以知道,制件的内外尺寸较小,同轴度要求严格,精度要求高,产量较大,采用级进模生产。因为制件尺寸小,排样是采用一模出三件的排样方式,考虑到尽量减少步距的误差对制件精度的影响,在冲转子孔后,接着下一工位就是落料。因为制件的精度要求比较高,所以对模具的导向精度要求就更高了,所以模具的导柱采用滚动导向的导柱进行导向,因为级进模的有些零件容易损坏,所以,各个工位的零件是采用组合形式进行装配和加工的。 本篇文章是对一个简单的零件进行冲压工艺分析,通过对毛坯进行了冲压分析,决定采用多工位级进模加工文中,设计了级进模和一些主要的零部件,并且文中详细的介绍了冲裁工艺,其中包括落料、冲孔,排样等。模具的结构设计与各个零部件的尺寸计算,并且运用CAD画出了各个非标零件的零件图和整体装配图。 关键词:冲压工艺、冲孔、落料、多工位级进模 Desig
