齿轮拨叉零件的钻M10螺纹孔夹具设计及加工工艺分析含非标8张CAD图+说明书
摘要 专用夹具历经岁月,仍然经久不衰,其主要原因是不规则零件的存在并且越来越多,零件的尺寸要求和公差要求也是越来越高。要想很好很快的加工零件的尺寸,并且保证零件的各项加工要求以及测量精度,专用夹具就是很好的选择。 本次毕设研究的对象是齿轮拨叉,该零件结构并不是很复杂,当形状畸形是典型的叉架类零件,该零件的作用是拨动滑动齿轮,使其和相应的齿轮进行传动,实现预期的转动速度或者转动方向等,该零件是实现转速或者转向过程中的操作零件。 本次毕设研究的主要内容是齿轮拨叉加工工艺设计,钻孔专用夹具设计。加工工艺的设计,其主要的内容有:分析工件作用、分析工件结构、分析加工面加工精度、确定进给量还有背吃刀量,计算切削速度以及加工时间等等。 通过结合任务书以及对零件图的分析,决定设计钻M10螺纹孔Z3025钻床专用夹具。其设计内容有:设计定位、夹紧方案,选择定位、夹紧元件;选择标准钻套;设计夹具体等。 关键词:齿轮拨叉;加工工艺;专用夹具;M10螺纹孔;Z3025 Abstract Special fixtures have bee
