摘要 角形轴承箱零件的主要加工表面为孔和槽以及各表面。端面加工和直角面加工根据精度要要求可选择铣削。孔加工方法的选择比较复杂,需要考虑零件的结构特点、长径比、孔径大孝精度和粗糙度要求以及生产规模来确定镗或者钻。对于精度要求较高的孔往往还需要采用几种不同的方法顺次进行加工。 零件的加工工艺分析及夹具设计,在机械加工中占有非常重要的地位,零件工艺编制得是否合理,这直接关系到零件最终是否可以达到质量要求;夹具的设计也是不可或缺的一部分,它关系到能否提高其加工效率的问题。因此这两者在机械加工行业中是至关重要的环节。 要设计此零件的加工工艺,首先是零件的分析;其次是确定毛坯的制造形式以及制订工艺路线,翻阅《切削余量手册》,确定机械加工余量、工序尺寸、毛坯尺寸、切削用量及基本工时的确定。专用夹具的设计,首先要想好设计方案,找准定位面及各个定位元件所限制的自由度。翻阅《夹具设计手册》及《机械制造工艺手册》确定各个夹具体零件的具体尺寸。 关键词:工艺;夹具;夹紧;定位 ABSTRACT The mai
