牙签盒合盖注塑模具设计
摘要
对塑料牙签盒盖的注射模结构采用侧浇口的进料,一模四腔的模具结构,材料采用性能良好,应用广泛的ABS通过对塑件成型的工艺分析,ABS塑料的性能分析,浇注系统的设计,冷却系统的设计,以及脱模装置的设计,制定出了一系列完整的生产牙签盒盖的生产流程。
根据对实物的测绘,采用产品设计的相关知识,通过合理加入设计体验,并结合实际的环境,工程预算。然后利用UG8.0,创建具体的三维实体模型,利用其制图版块绘制出二维工程图。然后进行模具设计,设计分型面,创建模具的型腔和型芯等等,设计出模具,最后生成工程图。
