摘要
通过电池盒盖设计,了解注塑模具架构的过程和原理,根据电池盒盖的结构对制件进行了工艺分析,提出合理的注射成型条件和成型工艺;对塑件的表面精度和表面质量进行了讨论;通过对电池盒盖的设计,对模架进行了确定,并设计了导向和定位机构;阐述模具浇注系统和脱模机构的设计方法;详细介绍了凹、凸模,型腔、型芯的结构设计;同时也对排气设计进行了讨论,并且对温度调节系统进行了检验和计算,还介绍了模具的功能结构等等;所设计的模具结构使制件可以可靠稳定的顶出,降低模具的复杂程度和制造成本。
