瓶装产品自动贴标机的设计 摘要 当今社会，科学技术迅猛地发展，机械化设备生产行业逐渐取替了手工业，各种式样的贴标机械也应运而生，而本文就对贴标机进行了相关的研究和设计。 本文设计的是一种直线式的而且能够自动对瓶身完成贴标的一种装置，该贴标机主要由传动装置、分瓶装置、压瓶装置、供标装置、贴标装置组成，主要针对的贴标对象是不同规格的瓶身无弧度或有较小弧度的方形瓶，使用的是不干胶标签。 本文的主要内容包括对贴标机械工作原理的研究分析、各重要组成系统的设计过程以及对各部分零部件的设计与校核等。首先对自动贴标机的发展现状及原理进行深入地分析和研究，明确贴标设备各装置的运动规律及零件组成，提出切实可行的设计方案，绘制出原理图；其次，对设计方案进行完善，确定最终方案，并初略估算出各部分装置的大体尺寸；然后，对各零部件的参数进行计算和校核；最后，利用软件建立模型并绘制出装配图及部分零件图。 该直线式贴标机的特点是能够自动连续完成传送瓶子、供送标纸、粘贴标签、抚平标签等动作，用户可在简单地指导下快速学会贴标机的操作。 关键词：自动贴标机，直线式，分瓶装置，压瓶装置，贴标装置 Desig
