机动门真空灭菌器结构设计含2张CAD图+说明书
摘要: 科学技术的飞速发展,老式的灭菌器已经很难满足人们的需求,对灭菌更彻底,操作更方便的灭菌器的需求越来越大,而机动门是保证实现此需求的关键,因此对灭菌器的密封门的要求也是很严格的。 本文主要以机动门真空灭菌器门体为研究对象,对其门体部分进行设计。首先分析研究了机动门主要结构和负责门开、闭的传动装置;根据主轴的主要参数和设计要求首先进行电机的选择,为了满足主轴转速的要求,选择适当的传动比,其次对传动轴尺寸进行了设计和安全强度作出了校核;通过齿轮啮合扭转力与圆轴力的计算确定主轴的弯矩,然后轴承座等并对主要零件进行了校合。本设计提高了机动门真空灭菌器的安全性和密封性,对灭菌门体安群可靠开关起了现实的指导意义,可实用于加工精度较高的场合。 关键词:灭菌器,机动门,丝杠,安全 机动门真空灭菌器结构设计 Abstract: With the developme
