金属仿形瓦冲压成形模设计
摘要
本课题是仿形瓦级进模具设计,通过冲裁件的工艺分析,确定零件能否进行冲裁,并明确在冲裁工艺及模具设计中主要解决的问题或难点所在。仿形瓦级进模模具包含折弯的基本工艺步骤,其中起伏折弯1个工步,折边一个工步。该零件材料厚度较薄,尺寸小,呈规则形状,因此采用直排样。为了便于操作和保证零件的精度,宜采用送料机和导正销配合定距,导料板导向的定位方式。考虑零件厚度较薄,采用弹性卸料方式,为了便于操作,提高生产率,模具的定位精度要求较高,因此采用四导柱模架。凸凹模通过配合加工来满足凸凹模之间的精度要求。该模具的设计过程:先通过工艺分析确定了工件的排样图(其中包含:工艺步骤的划分,条料的定距方式,凸凹模的形状等),通过排样图确定凸凹模的尺寸,通过AUTOCAD绘制出凸凹模的工程图。
