摘要
目前模具行业已比较成熟,很多零件日趋标准化,可以直接从市场上购买到,本次设计的是线圈骨架的注塑模具。线圈骨架属于日常生活用品,所用材料是当前应用较为广泛的材料ABS。在设计中,分析塑件的工艺性。模具结构可采用一模两腔,侧浇口进料,注射机采用海天80X2A型号,设置冷却系统,采用斜导柱滑块抽芯机构。包括零部件设计成型,浇注系统设计,脱模机构的设计等。并且着重介绍了注射加工方法、模具的结构。设计出一套塑料注塑模具,并对模具以及主要零件进行了图纸绘图。
此次设计的过程中查阅了大量的模具设计资料,通过线圈骨架塑料模具的设计与应用,实现了线圈骨架制作工艺上的突破,同原有的设计方法相比,模具的应用不但提高了生产效率而且提升了产品的质量,模具整体设计的思路和要求符合现代设计潮流和未来的发展方向
