C620普通车床主轴变速箱设计
摘要
机床设计和制造的发展速度是很快的。由原先的只为满足加工成形而要求刀具与工件间的某些相对运动关系和零件的一定强度和刚度,发展至今日的高度科学技术成果综合应用的现代机床的设计,也包括计算机辅助设计(CAD)的应用。但目前机床主轴变速箱的设计还是以经验或类比为基础的传统(经验)设计方法。因此,探索科学理论的应用,科学地分析的处理经验,数据和资料,既能提高机床设计和制造水平,也将促进设计方法的现代。
机床设计是学生在学完基础课,技术基础课及有关专业课的基础上,结合机床传动部件(主轴变速箱)设计进行的综合训练。我们设计题目是Φ320普通车床的主轴变速箱设计及主轴箱电气控制线路设计。
在本设计中首先进行参数拟定,运动设计,动力计算和结构草图设计,轴和轴承的验算,主轴变速箱装配设计,设计计算说明书等内容。
设计主轴变速箱的结构包括传动件(传动轴,轴承,带轮,离合器和制动器等),主轴组件,操纵机构,润滑密封系统和箱体及其联接件的结构设计与布置,用一张展开图和若干张横截面图表示。课程设计限于时间,一般只画展开图及一或两个截面图。
