R3粗轧机总体设计 摘要 热带钢连轧是为提高热轧机产量,改进产品质量而采用的轧制方法。热轧带钢厂轧制区分为粗轧区和精轧区两部分。粗轧机是粗轧区最后一架粗轧机,它是四辊万能轧机,采用不可逆轧制。它的小立辊不仅轧边,而且起到对准轧制中心线的作用。在粗轧机出口处安装了测厚仪、测宽仪、温度测量装置,目的是保证粗轧机能够为精轧机组提供合格的料坯,同时也为精轧机组计算机控制提供输入参数。粗轧机在热轧带钢轧机中是非常重要的。通过粗轧机设计,掌握了轧机设计全过程和设计方法,并且为以后工作打下坚实基矗 本设计按给定的压下量和轧制速度,制定设计方案,计算轧制力和轧制力矩,选择主电机型号及容量。对万向接轴的密封润滑以及齿轮齿面硬度进行了改进,并对其主要零件的强度和刚度进行了计算,如万向接轴扁头、叉头应力计算,轴体强度计算;工作辊、支承辊强度计算;闭式机架强度计算等,最后对设备可靠性和经济性进行评价。 该轧机可应用于热轧带钢厂,也可作为中板厂精轧机使用。 关键字:粗轧机,万能轧机,热轧带钢,密封,润滑 Roughi
