YBJ200-5多位立式压饼机的设计
摘要
本次设计的题目为压饼机,主要设计压饼机的机械机构部分。设计的压饼机为旋转式结构,动力传递方案为电动机→减速机构→间歇机构→压饼机构(凸轮机构)。此次设计主要围绕减速机构、间歇机构和压饼机的整体结构进行设计。减速机构采用齿轮—蜗杆减速器,减速机构主要是对齿轮、蜗轮蜗杆进行设计校核和结构的设计计算;间歇机构采用槽轮机构,主要是对其结构进行设计计算;压饼机的整体结构则是按照减速器和槽轮机构的尺寸进行设计,为节约空间,压饼机构放置在减速机构的上端,压饼机的旋转机构的尺寸按照减速器和槽轮机构的尺寸并根据饼的形状、大小进行设计,压饼机构主要由凸轮机构带动压杆进行压制。压饼机在结构上开设有凹槽,可以方便电线和加热装置的摆放。
