基于CAD的联板工艺夹具设计
摘要:本文是有关联板工艺夹具设计以及其中某一道铣槽工序的仿真具体阐述。首先查阅相关资料,选择一个联板零件,对联板零件的结构进行分析,并画出了联板的零件图;根据联板的结构特点编制了联板的机械加工工艺规程;除此之外,针对某一典型(铣槽)工序设计出加工过程中要用的专用夹具和组合夹具,并绘出了专用夹具和组合夹具的装配图和零件图;最后通过使用UG软件对联板零件进行建模并仿真。
虽然所选择的联板零件结构比较简单,而且加工精度要求并不高,但是工艺路线的制定和加工方法决不会马虎,且都按照了严格有效的工艺路线来予以执行。综合运用所学相关知识对零件进行加工工艺规程的设计和机床夹具的设计,根据零件加工要求制定出可行的工艺路线和合理的夹具方案,以确保零件的加工质量。最后通过指导老师的不断指正,成功的设计了专用夹具和组合夹具,并最终顺利的完成了设计的所有内容。
