摘要
本文研究的是设计零件的工艺编制及编程,所用的图纸是学校指定的练习用图,设计零件的类型为轴类,加工设备的一般是以通用的数控车床为主。
首先分析设计零件的零件图,再介绍设计零件进行工艺编制时要注意的地方,然后确定毛坯形式,再对零件加工的工艺进行拟定、分析并对零件加工中的主要零件的工艺,对刀具的选择,切削用量的确定进行详细说明,最后再对零件的加工进行编程。
由于设计零件是轴类配合件,装夹时较难,加工难度大,它的精度要求又比较高。因此在安排工序的时候,需要注意各个工序的加工顺序及各工序加工时基准的选择。
