摘要
塑料在工业快速发展,提出了质量好,加工精度高,开发周期短等注塑模具的设计和生产的要求越来越高,能够适应这种需求已成为模具制造企业发展的关键因素。
本次设计的是塑料基座的注塑模具。所用材料是当前应用较为广泛的材料ABS。在设计中,分析塑件的工艺性。模具结构可采用一模四腔,侧浇口进料,注射机采用HTF 160X2A型号,并对其相关的数据进行校核。首先根据三维软件设计出分型面,进而设计出型腔、型芯,通过各种手册选择标准模架的绘制,并且进行浇注系统、脱模机构、冷却系统等模具重要结构的设计。最后对设计过程中的相关零部件进行了计算和校核,在无误的基础上进行了模具总装,并利用CAD软件绘制出总装及各主要零件的二维工程图,设计出一套塑料注塑模具
此次设计的过程中查阅了大量的模具设计资料,通过塑料基座塑料模具的设计与应用,实现了塑料基座制作工艺上的突破,同原有的设计方法相比,模具的应用不但提高了生产效率而且提升了产品的质量,模具整体设计的思路和要求符合现代设计潮流和未来的发展方向
