一种灯罩注塑模具设计
摘要:近代塑料工业的快速发展,让塑料被广泛应用。本课题延续了设计注塑模具的一般流程,意在设计生产灯罩的注塑模具。设计模具之前,应先对所选材料的成形特性有所掌握,在确定制品的生产要求后,可直接对制品进行工艺性分析和成型零部件的设计运算。其次,可参考制品的形状尺寸和精度要求来选定模具结构,再对注塑机的型号进行选择。最后,对所选用的成型设备以及各种计算数据进行校核,保证设计的安全性和合理性。通过本课题的研究,不仅对专业课知识有充分的检验,而且锻炼了自己勤动手、多思考和知识整合的能力。总之,设计灯罩注塑模具,其根本问题就是设计凹模和凸模、导向机构、侧向分型与抽芯机构、排气、加热和冷却系统、注塑机的选择等环节。
