支承板的冲压成形工艺及模具设计【U形筒形件弯曲模】
摘要:本次设计主要是对冲压工艺中的弯曲模进行设计,通过对弯曲件结构以及冲压工艺进行分析,初步确定工艺方案,然后对其主要参数进行计算,确定毛坯的尺寸,凸凹模的大小以及压力机吨位等,对模具进行整体设计。
弯曲冲压模具不仅要考虑冲裁力的大小,更重要的是考虑弯曲中容易出现的弯曲回弹和拉裂等一些现象,设计模具时为了保证质量要求需要特别注意考虑工艺性的要求等等。在设计时要注意模具结构简单、模具使用方便、模具寿命高等问题。并且要提高生产效率,保证产品的质量。
