12型-船式拖拉机传动系统操纵机构设计
摘要
本文分析了本课题研究的目的及意义,对机耕船传动系统操纵机构的发展现状与研究趋势进行了初步探讨。在对机耕船的作业环境以及农艺需求进行研究分析之后,进行了离合器的选型和动力输出方式的选择。在此基础上选择机耕船分离器与传动系统操纵机构的设计方案。依照所确定的方案,展开分离器与传动系统操纵机构具体结构以及内部零部件的设计计算,包括传动齿轮、轴以及换挡装置的设计。该传动系统操纵机构主要根据我国目前机耕船的发展现状而设计。随着我国机耕船生产,使用和科学研究的日益发展和深入,机耕船必将显示出更加强大的生命力。
