江铃JX1043轻型载货汽车转向器设计
摘要
汽车转向系的功用是保持或者改变汽车行驶方向的机构。在汽车转向行驶时,保证各转向轮之间有协调的转角关系,使汽车能按驾驶员的意志而进行转向行驶。而转向器中的类型中,齿轮齿条式转向器由于其自身的特点被广泛应用于各种汽车上。本设计以江铃JX1043轻型货车为设计对象,根据原有数据计算转向系的传动比,并确定齿轮齿条的几何参数。齿轮齿条式转向器总体设计,受力分析,及对齿轮齿条的疲劳强度校核、齿根弯曲疲劳强度校核,通过对齿轮齿条式转向器的设计,选取出相关的零件,并在说明书中画出相关零件的零件图。
