摘要
绿篱修剪机是一种小型园林修剪机械。每年,绿篱必须进行修剪,这对维护绿篱旺盛的生长,加强树冠新梢的密度,有着良好的作用,并能达到培育有要求的树冠面。因此,修剪是绿篱生长的主要技术措施之一。现有的绿篱修剪机存在不少问题,例如手持部分重量过重,劳动强度大等缺点。针对这些缺点本人进行了一些设计希望能改善绿篱修剪机,能在很大强度上降低劳动者的劳动强度,提高工作效率。
本文首先,通过功能和设计任务的分析,确立了本次要设计的小型公园用绿篱机总体方案;接着,对本绿篱机剪切装置、行驶装置、升降装置部分进行了详细设计与校核;最后采用AtuoCAD软件绘制了采摘机的装配图及主要零件图。
通过本次设计,对大学所学专业知识在理论结合实际的锻炼下加深了知识的理解,对今后的工作必定带来很大帮助。
