摘要 本次课题研究的对象是硬币自动分卷机，需要设计一款自动分卷机器来处理一元硬币，该机器能够自动的将硬币分成垒，以每一垒50枚硬币进行包装。此机器可以快速并高效的完成50枚硬币的分拣与包装工作，减轻了银行工作者的工作量。 在设计之前，对硬币自动分卷装置在中国以及其他发达国家的发展进行了调查研究，了解了目前该设备的发展情况。随后分析了本次设计的任务与分卷设备的功能，对硬币自动分卷机的整体方案进行确定，并对设备中的各个部件进行分析与设计，然后对自动堆叠、自动包卷部件进行了具体设计，并完成验证。完成这些设计之后，利用软件AtuoCAD对设计所需的装配图与零件图进行了绘制。 本次机械设计，是一次很好的锻炼，让我对所学的专业知识进行了一次全面巩固。 关键词：硬币；自动；堆叠；包装；电机 Abstract The object of this research is the coi
