基于SW红枣清洗烘干机设计
【摘要】:随着生活水平的提高,市场上出现包装好的免清洗新鲜红枣,大枣中含有丰富的维生素C和维生素P,对于健全毛细血管、维持血管壁的弹性,抗动脉粥样硬化很有益。这种水果的清洗方式采用水喷式或者水流式清洗,清洗作用力比较柔和。本次设计的选题来源于生产实际,针对红枣清洗过程费时费力问题设计制造一款红枣清洗烘干机。基于设计参数,设备总体设计的结构方案,主要机构部件设计且校核设备涉及的主要机构部件。本文设计完成的主要内容如下:详细介绍了红枣清洗烘干机的基本特点和相关知识内容,通过收集汇总各种文献书籍,阐述其发展历史和已取得的技术成果;结合生产实际,基于红枣清洗烘干机的相关参数,总体设计红枣清洗烘干机的结构方案,并对实现其功能的有关机构进行设计;对设计所得红枣清洗烘干机的基本工作原理进行阐述,介绍设备的工作流程;对红枣清洗烘干机的驱动机构进行设计,并对它的相关设计参数进行校核计算,确保设计的红枣清洗烘干机具有足够的刚度以及强度,能够满足实际生产的需求。
