椰子去皮机设计
摘要
该阐述的是椰子自动去皮机的原理和计算的过程和详情。首先对于机器的总体结构设计进行阐述,以及总体方案设计的一些计算;包括机器中水平进给移动机构的设计,涉及了丝杆的选择以及零件的校核还有电机的挑选;进给移动机构的设计、计算和校核。本针对该机器的主要工作机构和去皮方式,进行了运动学与动力学的分析。所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种去皮机,相对于现有去皮机,它的机械结构紧凑,具有竞争力,更便于维修与清理,能够满足更多的生产加工需求,结构性能更良好,机构可工作时间更长,零件具有互换性,稳定性更好,生产效率更高。其中自动去皮机构的设计代替了传统的人工去皮工序,对于提高去皮效率,提高产品生产合格率,减轻工人的劳动强度和保障工人生产安全具有显着的效果。在本次机械设计过程中比较了不同的设计方案,选取了具有实际生产可操作的,理论上可行的最优方案。
本次设计目的是为了了解椰子自动去皮机的工作原理,结构性能及其功能作用,设计出满足使用要求的专用椰子自动去皮机。本次专用椰子自动去皮机的设计主要内容有:传动机构的设计与计算;去皮机动力源的选择与参数设计;传动系统中传动比的分配;对去皮机系统各轴转速、功率、转矩进行计算;各轴的结构设计及其计算;绘制轴的结构图。同时本文对国内外去皮技术进行了比较,比较国内与国外的技术差距。同时,本文试图采用新的技术手段,如技术进行新方案的设计。
