摘要
在成型加工中,注塑占有占有重要位置,其设备就是注塑机。本文着手设计一款注塑量为180g合模力为900KN的注塑机。
本文首先简要介绍了注塑机行业的发展情况和今后的发展方向,接着通过查阅资料分析国内外注塑机特点,最终选定设计方案为卧式双缸液压马达直接驱动的往复螺杆式注塑机,其合模、移座及顶出均通过液压缸实现,属于全液压式注塑机。设计的内容包括对注塑部件的设计包括螺杆、料筒、喷嘴、料斗等,合模部件设计、液压系统设计等等。最后使用CAD软件绘制注塑机和注射装置的装配图,并且选出典型零件画出零件图。
