基于PRO/E的调料盒注塑模设计
摘要
本次模具所设计的课题是基于PRO/E调料盒注塑模设计,针对调料盒进行了相关的工艺、模具的相关设计。首先对塑料件材料ABS,塑料件的尺寸精度,使用性能,塑料表面质量,其结构布局进行分析,计划选用注射机,本模具利用CAD与PRO/E等软件对模具开始相应计算和相关分析。重点在于注塑模设计,起首分析可注塑性,对塑件外面质量不可轻视,表外面不可以出现较明显的接痕,和气泡疤痕,可以利用软件对注塑件可能出现的接触面痕和气泡进行分析。然后是可制造性,确认选定型腔数目,模具类型,模具主要布局结构,在模具主要结构设计中包括型腔结构,浇口的选择,型面计划,浇注体的设计,排气系统的设计,导向机构的设计,限位拉杆的设计,随后可以确选模具的首要布局。然后选择模架,校准开模行程,算出推出间隔大小,选定推出方式,设划侧抽芯机构,冷却系统,随之可以选定模具的总体布局结构。分析模具结构和功能,其中包括型腔的结构,型芯的结构,型芯镶件的结构,模具导向复位的结构。计算成型零件工作尺寸,包括型芯尺寸大小,型腔尺寸大校最后是模具的安装与试模,使用PRO/E绘制模具安装结构图。
