自行车脚蹬内板冲压工艺分析与模具设计 摘要 冲压模具类型中,级进模生产效率高,容易实现生产机械化和自动化,常用于在批量生产。 本文依据自行车脚蹬内板冲压落料模,冲压零件结构简单,精度要求不高,尺寸不大,属于常年大批量生产。经过结构分析和工艺分析,择优方案如下:采用多工位级进模生产,分别进行冲孔、翻边、整形、冲大孔、冲小孔、落料六道基本工序。零件材料为Q235,此材料塑性好,有一定强度,适用于受力不大的零件。除了凹、凸模之外,定位是级进模设计的重点,经过计算与比较,第一工位设置始用挡料装置、第二工位采用弹顶挡料销、其余工位采用导正销结合导料板进行定位,以保证定位的准确和冲压件的尺寸要求。并配合对角型导柱模架进行导向,以提高模具寿命和工作质量。此外,托料杆保证送料,弹性卸料板卸料,卸料力不太大并且冲压时可兼起压料作用。该级进模方案可以实现自动化生产,提高工作效率,并且降低成本,同时保证工件的生产要求。 关键字:冲压;级进模;冲孔;翻边;落料 Abstract I
