浅海井组计量平台设计
摘要
海洋开发中,尤其是对浅海的开发中,各国广泛采用导管架平台。本文以渤海地区的自然环境条件为设计依据,论述了该环境条件情况下井组计量平台的的设计过程,包括平台选型、主尺度和构件尺寸的确定,环境载荷计算及各工况载荷的组合,建立ANSYS模型,对平台进行静动力强度校核,地基承载力计算等几个方面。
由于计算机技术的迅速发展,使有限元法在工程中得到了广泛的运用。有限元法是一种采用电子计算机求解结构静、动态力学特征问题的数值解法,运用有限元对结构进行分析,即将求解结构看成由很多称为互连子结构组成,对每一个单元假设一个合适的近似解,然后推导该问题的满足条件,从而得到问题的解。作为新一代有限元分析软件的代表,ANSYS抓住了现代设计方法对CAE技术提出的新要求,具有强大的非线性分析功能。
