地毯自动装箱机的设计
摘要
自动装箱机是一种应用于完成运输包装的机器,它可以把一定量的产品按照特定排列方式装入箱中。方块地毯,一种按照形状大小和铺陈方法排列的新型地毯,在我们的日常生活及工作中被越来越广泛的使用。但长期以来,它的包装大多都是通过人工或半自动的方式来进行包装的。
本设计是在充分了解方块地毯自动包装生产线的基本原理和工艺流程之后,设计了一款可以将码垛好的方块地毯装入纸箱中的自动装箱机械系统,从而提高生产速度。通过模块化设计方法将地毯自动装箱机分为地毯的抓娶纸箱的输送、裹包地毯三个部分来设计。这样减轻了工人的劳动强度,有效提高了生产效率。
设计中纸箱的输送采用的吸盘吸取纸箱到输送线的方法,纸箱的抓取采用的是龙门机械手移送的方法,纸箱的折叠包装采用的是裹包方法。装箱时先把预先准备好的片状的压好痕迹和切好角的包装纸箱单张吸取出放置在传送带上,并通过固定在传送带上的挡板将纸箱折成直角形,然后将码垛好的方块地毯用抓手移送到纸箱的特定位置上进行折叠裹包。
