辣椒去籽机的设计
摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,大众对辣椒加工制品的质量要求也提高,相比辣椒的加工设备也应该有更好的改善。辣椒去籽机是比较新型的加工设备,它的作用主要在于保持辣椒原有形状的前提下,高效率的把辣椒籽、辣椒把脱离辣椒肉,达到去籽和去把的目的。
首先介绍辣椒去籽机整机的工作原理,通过对辣椒去籽机结构、工作原理的阐述,分析了辣椒去籽机的结构特点,设计理念,设计方法。并就设备结构对其工作的原理和工作特点做了详细的分析。其次,对辣椒去籽机的部分重要零部件进行了设计,通过对辣椒去籽机结构及其工作原理的介绍以及凸轮机构之间的协调运动关系进行了说明。根据凸轮从动件的运动规律,运用图解法根据辣椒去籽机的运动规律,设计去籽装置和去肉装置一体的凸轮轮廓曲线。通过做图法得到目标位移线图,再根据转换原理图和三角函数关系计算出偏角,做出角位移线图,最后根据偏角运用反转法,做出装置凸轮轮廓线。通过对凸轮轮廓线的设计,计算出凸轮之间运动时间和步进电动机时间的合理配合,完成了对辣椒去籽机部分重要零部件的设计。最后,针对辣椒去籽机的结构特点和工作原理,画出装配图。从理论方面对机构的可行性和科学性做了直接的证明。明确了整机的工作原理和工作运动情况。
