c6160普通车床数控改造(横向与纵向进给) 摘要 伴随着科学技术的快速发展,数控机床已成为衡量一个国家机械制造工业水平的重要标志。对普通机床进行数控改造,尤其适应我国机床拥有数量大,生产规模小的具体国情。这样不但可以使改造后的机床满足技术发展的需求,提高生产率和产品精度,增大设备适应能力和型面加工范围,还可弥补定购新的数控机床交货周期长的不足。所以用此方法对我国中、小型企业来说是十分理想的选择。 在数控机床的逐渐普及的过程中,数控系统的价格不断降低,使得旧机床进行数控化改造的优点更明显,促使越来越多的机械加工厂选择旧机床数控改造作为设备更新的途径。世界各国,包括许多工业发达的国家相继成立了机床修复公司,翻新公司或改造公司,承担旧机床数控改造的任务,并成功地改造了一些大型和重型机床。 本文对C6160普通车床进行数控化改造进行了深入研究,主要在横向进给系统和纵向进给系统俩方面进行改造。通过对原有主要技术参数、传动系统、机床关键部件参数的计算,对原机床主传动和刀架系统结构进行数控化改造设计、对机床改造方案的选择以及在改造中应注意的事项等进行了详细的论述。最终经过改造后的机床已达到预期的功能和精度,完全能够达到预期效果。提高了原机床的生产效率,降低了劳动强度,改造后的机床性能更加稳定可靠,可以有效提高工件加工精度和生产效率。 关键词:普通车床;数控化改造;横向进给系统;纵向进给系统 Abstract With the rapid developme
