小型装载机变速箱的设计
摘要
车轮式装载机是一种进行工程建筑,工程水电,码头,各种矿山等用于建设工程的铲土,运输的机械类相关的工程运输机械车。其具有许多优点,例如:降低工作所有的时间,再少的时间内有更多的产量,减少人工付出劳动力,降低成本等。使得各项建设工程完成速度加快,保证工程完成质量,其在世界机械工程领域内有着独一无二的地位。车轮式装载机的主要构成之一的变速箱是重中之中,它可以实现使汽车按照不同的速度进行前进与后退,省时省力的使汽车完成各项作业,为其操作提供了有力的基矗
本设计主要针对车轮式装载机的变速箱,包括变速箱的总体结构,运作原理,装配方式,以及各个部件的设计数据,根据我国变速箱的历史以及现实的发展,以及各项数据指标设计出整体变速箱,并进行主要零件的设计和验算核对,保障此变速箱的有效使用。
