摘要
随着科学技术的飞速发展和社会的日益进步,我国的模具行业正在发生翻天覆地的革命性变化,注塑成型技术是生成模具的一种重要方法,它可以一次成型形状复杂的精密塑件,生产速度快、效率高,操作可实现自动化。近几年来,无线网络产品迅速发展并走向成熟,在国内许多行业中得到了应用,而对于当下的产品的市场竞争,如果产品样式新颖并且能够满足大众化的使用要求,无疑会大大增强该产品的市场竞争力。
本以防溢式家用油瓶盖的注塑模为设计对象,按照该塑件的特点和要求对产品进行三维造型,根据塑件的特性选定适合的材料,进行工艺分析,选定标准模架,选择最优分型面,设计各大系统。最后通过三维软件导出二维总装图。
