摘要
本课题中所研究的物流分拣系统是一种十分先进而高效的设备,它不但提高了物流分拣的效率、速度而且还提高了分拣工作的正确率。设计本课题的目的在于实现物流分拣的自动化,提高工作效率和准确率,节省人工的成本并降低作业成本。
设计中的行走小车,是物流分拣系统中快件传送的一个环节,用于完成快件从上包机至分拣通道之间的传输工作。整个输送过程是由程序控制的,从而达成了节省人工以及作业成本的目标。

第一章绪论
自动分拣机是按照预先设定的计算机指令对物品进行分拣,并将分拣出的物品送达指定位置的机械。随着激光扫描、ti9aoma及计算机控制技术的发展,自动分拣机在物流中的使用日益普遍。
被检货物经由各种方式,如人工搬运、机械搬运、自动化搬运等送入分拣系统,经合流后汇集到输送装置上。物品接受激光扫描仪对其条形码的扫描,或通过其他自动识别的方式,如光学蚊子读取装置、声音识别输入装置等方式,将分拣信息输入计算机中央处理器中。计算机通过将所获得的物品信息与预先设定的信息进行比较,将不同的被拣物品送到特定的分拣道口位置上,完成物品的分拣工作。分拣道口可暂时存放未被取走的物品。当分拣道口满载时,由光电控制,阻止分拣物品再次进入分拣道口。
