油封座熔模铸造压型的设计
摘要
压型设计是熔模铸造最重要的工作,其设计水平直接决定铸件的质量。为此,需要综合考虑各方面的因素,设计出合理的抽芯机构、压紧机构,还要保证定位准确。型腔形状、尺寸除了要满足图纸之外,还要考虑制造的可行性、起模的方便性,同时,注蜡口的开设位置也要选择合理。内浇口的大孝形状直接影响金属液的充填性能,也影响铸件补缩能力,因此,需要在计算的基础上做出合理的设计。
