连接件多工位精密冲压模具设计 摘要 模具技术水平的高低是衡量一个国家制造业水平的重要标志之一,模具是高新技术产业的重要组成部分,是工业生产的基础装备。模具技术是一门综合性很强精密基础工艺装配技术,涉及新技术,新工艺,新材料,新设备的开发与推广应用;是冶金,材料,计量,机电一体化等多门学科以及铸造,锻造,热处理,机加工,检测等多工种共同打造的系统工程。用模具生产制品具有高效率,高一致性,高精度,高复杂性,低消耗等特点。模具制造业以成为与高新技术产业为依托的产业。 此次设计选用的工件为连接件,针对连接件做出了冲压模具设计。模具在我国被称之为“百业之母”,德国称之为“金属加工中的帝王”,有的国家甚至称之为印钞机;我相信我们的日常生活离不开他,模具会为其他行业奠定扎实的基础,也必将创造出属于他自己真实而又巨大的价值。 关键词:模具,工艺装配,高精度,连接件,冲压模具 ABSTRACT The level of mould tech
